So on Sunday I did my 20 minute run.

I should be on to couch to 5 K. week 6

popcorn hour

So yesterday I went on line and bought the popcorn hour media streamer.

It should enable me to stream movies from my NAS to any of the tedious that it is plug to period it has no fan at all so it should be able to be completely silent.

I will include a link and I'm going to try to figure out how to do a countdown timer.

week 3 day 1, wow that was hard, second run had to slow down to almost a walk speed.

I just started Week 2, day 1 today. Completed Sucessfully. Used Albuterol and good stretch.

I am starting the couch to 5k program.

I have already been walking but am having difficulty and I have in the past had difficulty getting my speed up so hopefully this can get my speed and calorie burn up.
