Running

So this is starting day three of my running progress I've now been running 30 minutes a day for the last three days. First day was somewhat difficult. Second day was actually pretty difficult. Hopefully today will kind of turn the corner. My plan is to run 30 minutes daily for the next two weeks and then after that, I'll increase to 45 minutes. I will try to put these notes in every few days. What seems to happen is I'm running at 3.5 miles an hour which is pretty slow. And my heart rate seems to run at the 100 and 30s. I wonder what a month of this will do for that.
