The biggest feature improvement in the update: The XBMC crew have developed a robust add-on system that makes it easy to install new add-ons and automatically updates plugins and skins so you're always running the latest and greatest version of your add-ons. Workout today

Today on my workout i've pretty much blew out my quadriceps from morris and had severe pain but after some motrin i peered we doing some what better so today i'll try distraction nb back working out tomorrow.
